
Work Location: Hybrid - Marlborough, MA area, will work primarily with teams located in Marlborough, MA and Washington, DC
Collaborate with all Engineering functions, suppliers, and Customers to define, develop, and present strategies & solutions that align with Future Air Traffic Systems needs. Serve as Raytheon Technologies representative on one or more industry standards committees, such as RTCA SC-228 and ASTM F.38, and participate in their development. Lead technical demonstrations, provide briefings to internal and external stakeholders, and define solutions and architectures for new business opportunities. Providing leadership of customer Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) as the technical lead. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, coordinating with and aligning internal stakeholders, & leading Internal Research and Development (IRAD) Programs. Cross-industry collaboration and engagement with supplier and customer technical representatives. As the Technical Director - Future Air Traffic Systems you will also provide technical oversight and guidance to Programs in execution.
